Items that can be returned for an exchange within timeline of receiving must follow the criteria as below:
- Faulty items, missing, damaged/broken upon arrival.
- Items received in the incorrect size or different color. Please be informed color shade may vary from the listing due to various technical reasons and photography purposes.
- Customers are required to prepare a Parcel Opening Video, once they received their item (before opening parcel), just in-case.
During any sort of discrepancy, this is to ensure smooth proceedings for the Return or Exchange of the item, including any account based credits, or adjustments. And in order to maintain transparency across Channels or Sources.
It can then be shared over email or Whatsapp provided on Contact us page. - Upon looking at and approval, team shall guide customers and procced further accordingly.
- In the unlikely event that there is an issue with your Product(s), as above, please notify us within 24 hours or day end (whichever is earlier), from the time your product(s) has been delivered to you. Once You have reported the issue via email or contact us form, Our customer service team will contact you within two Working Days.
Tips for Parcel opening video (required):
Keep your Mobile or Camera still while shooting.
First of all, please take a close-up of affixed Label (To and From addresses), alongwith the Tracking ID or AWB number.
Then rotate the parcel in all directions (360 degree, with camera at one-place)
Then open or tear the outer-cover or poly-bag of the parcel along the sealed area, with your bare-hands. (Please do NOT use Sharp objects like Scissor, so as to avoid damage of the item)
Shoot until you take out the item/s and checked properly.
Remember to put in Airplane mode (if using mobile) before starting the shoot, so as not to get interrupted in-between.
Unclear, incomplete, Broken or disrupted shoot (joined later-on), won't help either way.
Important to note, parcel opening video recreated after the parcel has already been opened earlier, is not acceptable and shall be rejected.
You may require to ship back Unwashed, unworn and unused item(s) that have not met your expectation within 2 days of receiving.
Please be noted that color of the items may slightly vary depending upon lighting conditions, different screen types, and various other technical reasons.
Returns shall not be accepted in the following conditions:
- Items outside the guideline warranty or mentioned time-frame.
- Washed, worn, used, damaged, or misused items.
- And if does not follow or meet above requirements.
Returns or Refunds are not applicable for items that are On-Sale, with any promotional-offer, Pre-Ordered, Back-Ordered, Made-to-Order or In-exchange of the ordered item.
Returns Process:
Please carefully follow our return process to minimize any delays:
- If your item is returnable (see above), please email to our support center sales@vasangini.com
stating your: - Order number
- SKU number or product name or URL
- Valid Reason for return
- Our customer service team will respond to your request within 24-48 hours and provide you Return details with our return address.
- Please return the item according to our instructions that stated in email and send us return proof in the form of the tracking number and a valid return receipt.
- Once we have received the returned item(s), we will email you and arrange an exchange or a refund within 3 days. Any payment gateway fees will be deducted or adjusted during processing of refund.
Return Shipping Costs:
- All shipping fees are at the customers expense. This includes shipping fees for a return or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Please contact your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping fee. We recommend you use the cheapest registered airmail method (trackable) that is available.
Refunds:
You can request for cancellation with refund on orders, in case you want to cancel the order within first 4 hours or day end (whichever earlier) after placing the order, with valid reason.
